Open COD IN BORDERLESS MODE! and if everything has been set properly you should be able to see the menu by using the "INSERT" button from your keyboard to open/close it and clicking at the options to interact with it.
To select an aimbot key, you will need to manually enter the digital number assigned to each key. Number related to each key can be found here:
